At Orion Sport Pulse, we stand behind every authenticated deck we sell. We understand that collecting is a personal pursuit, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the standards expected by serious collectors who invest in rare and limited-edition playing cards.

Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind or produced in extremely limited print runs, we take extra care during listing, photography, and grading to ensure that what you receive matches the description on the product page. If something does not meet those standards, we will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery if they do not match the condition grade listed on the product page, if authentication concerns arise, or if the item was damaged in transit despite our protective packaging. Decks must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, archival sleeves, and documentation included.

• Returns accepted for condition discrepancies verified against our listing photographs and written grade
• Returns accepted if authentication certificate details do not match the product or appear altered
• Opened decks may be returned if the internal condition differs materially from the stated grade
• Sealed vintage decks may be returned only if the seal is intact and the item differs from the listing
• Custom orders, consignment pieces, and auction wins may have different return terms — noted clearly at purchase
• Items marked as final sale or sold at a deep promotional discount may be excluded — such terms appear on the product page

We reserve the right to decline returns that show evidence of mishandling, exposure to moisture or direct sunlight, or removal of security tags applied by our authentication team. Collectors are encouraged to inspect deliveries upon receipt and document any concerns with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of merchandise are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable consumer protection law. These include gift cards, digital museum access passes, bespoke restoration services already performed, and items explicitly sold as-is with documented imperfections disclosed in the listing. Accessories such as display cases may be returned if unused and in original packaging within 14 days.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact OrionSportPulse LLC at OrionSportPulse@proton.me with your order number, the date of delivery, clear photographs of the item (including tuck box, card edges, and any areas of concern), and a brief explanation of the reason for return. Our team will respond within two business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

Please do not ship items back without an RA number. Unauthorized returns may experience significant processing delays and may be refused at our receiving facility. Once your RA is issued, pack the deck using the original materials where possible, add additional padding if needed, and use a tracked and insured shipping method. Retain your tracking number until the return is fully resolved.

For international returns, customers are responsible for customs documentation. We recommend declaring the item as a returned goods shipment and including a copy of the RA confirmation inside the package.

Refund Timeline and Methods

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within five to ten business days to your original payment method where applicable, or via an alternative method agreed upon in writing. Shipping costs for returns due to condition discrepancies, authentication issues, or shipping damage covered by our guarantee are paid by Orion Sport Pulse. Returns for personal preference or change of mind may incur return shipping fees and a restocking charge if disclosed at the time of purchase.

Partial refunds may be offered when an item is returned without minor accessories that do not affect the deck's core value, or when a negotiated settlement is reached between you and our customer care team. Store credit may be offered at your option in lieu of a monetary refund for certain promotional orders.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, indicate this in your initial return request. When a suitable replacement deck is available at a comparable value, we will ship the exchange after receiving and approving your return. Price differences may require an additional payment or partial refund. Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability and cannot be guaranteed for sold-out limited editions.
